Check-in/out :
Check in time is flexible and must be arranged prior to your day of arrival. Check-out is no later than 10.30am on morning of departure.
Deposit:
Sterling cheque for 20GBP per room, per night required. Returnable if reservation not cancelled.
Cancellation policy :
If a reservation is cancelled prior to 24 hours before the arrival date your 20GBP per night deposit cheque will be cashed/20 euros per night bank transfer kept/credit card debited 20GBP per night (in the name of Novahomes Cheltenham). If cancellation is received within less than 24 hours, then the full room rate is applicable and will be charged.
